The House Ethics Committee will hold a public hearing on allegations against Rep. Sheila Cherfilus-McCormick (D-FL). Last month, a special Ethics subcommittee found Cherfilus-McCormick guilty of over 26 violations. The evenly split 10 member panel will then retire to deliberate on what punishment it will recommend to the full House.

9:30 a.m. Senate Budget Committee Republicans meets on the GOP effort to fund ICE and Border Patrol through reconciliation. Senate GOP leaders could put the budget resolution that kicks off the process on the floor as soon as today.
